Valley Cross Country
Boys and Girls Cross country is a no cut sport anyone who signs up is on the team.
Practices start September 9th
Last Day of Cross Country November 14th
Practices will have different paces for each athlete from advance to beginners. We want to bring the best out of the athletes and make sure each athlete is being challenged.
Some practices coaches will take the runners off campus to different trails to simulate the competitions we will race in. Parents will be notified on what trails we run to.
Most of our races will be 2 miles. There will be some that differ and we will be training different mileage at practice not only the 2 mile.
