Sophia Rath
Co - Coach of Varsity and JV
Hey there, my name is Coach Sophia! My love for volleyball started early— I first picked up the ball in 6th grade for fun, and ended up being the middle blocker on the team by 7th grade. I continued to be a middle blocker through my high school years, and eventually my senior year, my team made it to CIFs. Those years on the court taught me not just how to serve or spike, but how to build teamwork, develop grit, and celebrate the joys of steady progress. Now, as a coach, I’m all about creating that same energy and growth for my players. Whether we’re mastering fundamentals, sharpening competitive instincts, or building confidence, I’m dedicated to coaching with attention, positivity, and a whole lot of heart. I can’t wait to see everyone this season!
