Development of our Athletes

We take the development of our athletes seriously everything is tailored to the athletes. We want to insure progress from start of the season to the end. Our level system shows a step by step progression on where the next level of progression for athletes is. Players will be given report cards at end of season on areas where they can improve. We promise you’ll see a difference in skill and development season after season.

Our Belief System

  • Iron sharpens Iron

Competition will bring the best out of players. We can drill all day and night but its nothing without a person in front of you trying to stop you. One of our biggest things is we scrimmage at the end of every practice. Playing live is a fast track to becoming a better player. We see to much of a focus on trainers in todays game and not enough on playing basketball with peers. Most College/NBA players come from the park not a specific trainer.

  • It takes a Village

Community is most important. We want to build relationships that last a lifetime. You’re not an athlete here your family. We have coaches come back season after season so kids get to know there coaches as mentors. Players come back every season not just to play basketball but to see there friends. One way we do this is pack the gym with 2 - 4 teams during practice days so the kids aren’t just seeing kids from other teams on gamedays but practice days as well.

  • Get something from the Game

Being a great athlete does not make you a great person. We want you coming out of our program not just as a baller but a leader. Every staff member on our program is a professional. All have gone through strict hiring practices and we have coaches/refs/staff meetings almost weekly talking about how we can benefit your child. The game eventually ends but life doesn’t we want to build leaders of tomorrow. We to install Toughness, Integrity, Kindness, Resilience, Discipline, Growth Mindset.
