Evaluations

Evaluations are not tryouts no one will be cut from the league. The purpose of evaluations is simply to help our coaches create balanced teams, so every player has a great experience throughout the season.

Location: Evaluations are only at the BRESSI RANCH CLUBHOUSE

Bressi Ranch Boys & Girls Club (2730 BRESSI RANCH WAY)

Times by Grade Level:

• 6th-8th Grade 9:00am - 10:30am

• 3rd–5th Grade: 10:45am - 12:15pm

Each team will have one practice per week, led by an experienced coaches who focus on teaching the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and supportive environment. Practices are designed to help players improve their skills, teamwork, and game understanding drills, activities, and live play.

Players will work on key volleyball techniques such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting, while also learning the importance of communication and sportsmanship on and off the court. Practice schedules will be set once teams are formed after evaluations.

Our goal is to make every practice a positive and encouraging experience that helps players build confidence and love the game!

• Every Saturday at either the Village or Bressi Ranch Clubhouse

Bressi Boys & Girls Club : 2730 Bressi Ranch Way, Carlsbad, CA 92009

• You will be guaranteed 7 games along with playoffs

Typical Saturday Game Times:

• 3rd-5th Division: 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm

• 6th-8th Division: 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm

Every team makes playoffs. Playoffs are single - elimination. Win you move on. Champions receive medals!

All of our coaches and referees are professionally hired staff. Our coaches are trained to focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship for every child, while our referees are certified and committed to making sure every game is fair and fun.
