BGCC basketball is proud to host a 2 day camp out of our Bressi Ranch clubhouse with a pick and roll emphasis! Camp will run from 10AM - 1PM on March 28th & 29th and athletes will receive a 15 minute snack break about halfway through camp. We will start our day with some body movement/ change of directions to warm and then get into different points of emphasis on the pick and roll. Some of which will be dribbling with our eyes up, shooting off the screen, leading the passer to the basket, and more! We hope to see everyone for a fun weekend of hard work and learning.
